TwitterAPIs
The cheapest printed per-call rate in this set at $0.0008 for nearly every one of 99 endpoints, reads and simple writes alike, with a $0.50 signup credit, no card, no minimum and credits that never expire. The catch is honest and printed on its own page: the $0.04 per 1,000 tweets headline assumes a full 20-tweet page, and its own measured average is about 13 tweets a page and 8 on search, which puts the real delivered cost nearer $0.06 to $0.11 per 1,000; purchased credits are also non-refundable and real-time monitoring is a separate monthly subscription.

List prices, dollars per 1,000 tweets at the cheapest published route to each volume. How this is worked out
Every published plan
| Plan | Price | Included requests | Overage each | Note |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pay as you go | $0 per month | 0 | $0.0008 | "No subscription or contract, pay per call, stop whenever. No minimum spend." |
| Credit top-up | $10.00 one-time, never expires | 12,500 | hard cap | "Buy credits starting at $10 (12,500 calls / ~250,000 tweets) and they never expire." The buy widget offers $10, $25, $50, $100, $250 or a custom amount at the same $0.0008 rate ($50 is printed as "62,500 reads at $0.0008"); paying with crypto adds "+2% credits", so $50 becomes 63,750 reads. This is a prepaid pack, not a monthly fee. |
Flat USD per call on four printed tiers across 99 endpoints: "Standard $0.0008, DM and create $0.0016, full history $0.0024, full thread $0.004." The endpoint table puts tweet/advanced_search, tweet/detail, tweet/replies, tweet/quotes, tweet/retweeters, user/search, user/info, user/tweets, user/followers, user/following and every simple write at $0.0008; user/tweets/complete (full account history) at $0.0024; tweet/thread and grok/chat at $0.004; tweet/create, dm/list, dm/send, dm/conversation, list/create and the article write calls at $0.0016; user/user_login at $0.010. Page size: "$0.0008 a call, $0.04 per 1,000 tweets on a full 20-tweet page", and the page is candid that 20 is "the default page size we request, not a guaranteed yield" - "measured across 396,817 of our own read calls, pages averaged about 13 tweets, and search pages closer to 8", making a realistic delivered cost "nearer $0.06 to $0.11 per 1,000". No follower page size is printed. Rate limit is "600 requests per minute and 20 concurrent per key".
