Sorsa

api.sorsa.io / subscription /since 2022

The only subscription in this set, and it bills one flat request no matter how much comes back, so batch endpoints make it the cheapest per item here if you keep pages full: 100 tweets or 200 profiles or 200 followers for a single request. The catch is a $49 monthly floor with no pay-as-you-go option, a quota that stops serving data when it runs out with no printed overage rate, and a read-only surface of 40 endpoints with no write actions and no real-time stream.

List prices, dollars per 1,000 tweets at the cheapest published route to each volume. How this is worked out

Every published plan

Plan Price Included requests Overage each Note
Starter $49.00 per month 10,000 hard cap 10K requests/month, printed as "$0.049 per 1,000 tweets" and "~1M tweets or ~2M profiles included". 20 req/sec, all 40 endpoints. includedUnits are requests, not items. Yearly billing saves 16%. When the quota runs out "the API stops returning data until you top up"; no per-request overage rate is printed.
Pro $199 per month 100,000 hard cap 100K requests/month, "$0.02 per 1,000 tweets", "~10M tweets or ~20M profiles included", plus usage analytics. Marked most popular.
Enterprise $899 per month 500,000 hard cap 500K requests/month, "$0.018 per 1,000 tweets", "~50M tweets or ~100M profiles included", plus priority support.
Custom on request - not published "Volume beyond 500K requests" is talk-to-sales: lower per-request pricing, rate limits above 20 req/sec, dedicated account manager. No printed price.

Sorsa does not meter per item at all: "One API call is one request, on every endpoint and every plan. No credit multipliers, no per-endpoint tiers." You buy a monthly request quota, so every vertical is recorded as one request and resultsPerRequest carries the page size that one request returns. The per-item figures the provider itself publishes in its transparency table headed "On the Pro plan ($199 for 100,000 requests), here is the effective cost once you use the right endpoint": tweets via search-tweets, user-tweets and mentions ~$0.0001 per tweet; tweets via tweet-info-bulk ~$0.00002 per tweet; user profiles via follower lists (followers, follows) ~$0.00001 per profile; user profiles via info-batch ~$0.00002 per profile; verification checks $0.002 per check. Headline rates on the same page are "from $0.02 per 1K tweets", "from $0.01 per 1K profiles", "from $0.002 per check" and "from $0.002 per call" for single lookups. Printed request yields: "A search page of about 20 tweets is one request. A batch lookup of 100 tweets is one request. A follower page of up to 200 profiles is one request." Replies are null because /comments is documented but Sorsa prints no per-item rate for it; like every endpoint it costs exactly one request from the quota.
